Our family has used 6 & Fix for over 8 years. This company has not only provided our maintenance but has also advised us in creating multiple zones. Eventually, they helped us select a new system. When that new system was struck by lightning, top management became involved and supported us through the whole claim process. They stand behind their work. We have never felt abandoned. Over time, they have helped us cut our electric bill in half. Every room in our home is consistently comfortable. Nothing is more important than knowing your system will work, and there is a guarantee to support their service.
Our heating/ac unit was not working properly so we contacted 6&Fix to check the system out. It turns out that the system needed to be replaced because of carbon monoxide leak along with other issues from an 18 year old unit. 6&Fix worked with us to send one of their system designer/architects to our house that evening and we were able to schedule a replacement on Christmas Eve. They were very professional and courteous working most of the day on Christmas Eve to remove the old unit and install the new on in our attic. They left the house clean and we were back up with heat very quickly.
Excellent service. The technicians went above and beyond expectation to ensure our unit was braught back to full functionality. They were able to find a spare part at 8:00 pm then drive it over 30 minutes and complete the repair. After several phone calls to other companies that flat out refused to even attempt a fix Six and Fix didn’t baulk at the challenger. Maybe not the least expensive service in Raleigh, but you get what you pay for.
Gave me a great price on a new system, provided temporary air conditioning-greatly needed in July 2015-and a payment plan I could live with. I signed onto their yearly well check contract and they come to fine tune and check my system regularly. They are knowledgeable courteous and always wear little booties when they come inside.
