The Project Manager oversees jobs within the Install Department to ensure quality and timeliness are executed at or above company standards. The Project Manager is responsible for maintaining communication with Mechanics, General Contractors, General Manager, President, and other parties involved on the project.
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
• Collaborate with general contractor, mechanics, and other workers in the same project
• Responsible for any delays, emergencies and problems that can arise
• Comply with safety and building codes as well as legal requirements
• Report project progress to General Manager and President
• Explain contract and technical matter to others in a clear manner
• Work with Mechanics to ensure all materials, equipment, and tools are on site to allow for continuous progression.
• Valid driver’s license, required.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Experience with ob体育赛事 installation, service and repairs, preferred.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills.

This job position requires a uniform and is provided semi-annually.
