A Comfort Assitant is a customer’s primary contact when they schedule service or maintenance with ob欧宝体育iOSapp下载. The Comfort Coordinator manages their service call from beginning to end. This position is essential to maintain clear communication with customers to grow residential service revenue and sales revenue opportunities.
This position is base salary plus commission.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Interact with customers, listen to their questions and concerns, and provide timely responses.

Educate clients about the company’s products, services, and offers.

Schedule service appointments, monitor service progress, calculate charges, and process payments.

Review customer accounts and report changes to internal staff.

Manage complaints, returns, and resolve customer grievances. Communicate complaints to the direct supervisor if unresolved.

Record customer details and transactions.

Coordinate parts as communicated by Service Technician for coming repairs.

Serve as a customer relationship manager.

Serve as a link between customers and different departments in the organization.

Schedule Sales appointments for new replacements.

Pay: $25,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
